Refund and Returns Policy

At Cintain, we strive to provide high-quality hoodies that bring both comfort and confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it
• Be returned in the original packaging with tags attached
• Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Note: Clearance and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@cintain.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship your item to the address provided in our return email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

• Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days
• The refund will be applied to your original method of payment

Please note: Original shipping charges ($6.99) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We accept exchanges for eligible items. Follow the same return steps and mention that you’d prefer an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect hoodie:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cintain.com
• Include photos of the issue and your order number
• We’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement or full refund

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they are sent for production and cannot be modified.

Return Address

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a specific return address based on your location. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer or without authorization.
