1. What types of hoodies do you sell?
We offer a wide range of premium hoodies including oversized, fitted, zip-up, and pullover styles. Our hoodies are designed for comfort, durability, and street-style aesthetics, using high-quality fabrics like organic cotton and fleece.
2. What sizes are available?
Our hoodies are available in sizes S to 3XL. You can refer to our Size Guide on each product page to find the best fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for an oversized look.
3. Where do you ship?
Currently, Cintain ships exclusively within the United States. We’re working on expanding our service areas in the near future.
4. How much is shipping?
We offer flat-rate shipping across the U.S. for $6.99. Free shipping promotions may be available for orders over a certain amount – keep an eye on our homepage!
5. How long does delivery take?
- Production Time: 1-2 business days
- Shipping Time: 3-5 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your hoodie ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order directly on our Track My Order page using your order number and email address.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes! You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it enters production and cannot be changed or canceled.
8. What is your return and refund policy?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are securely encrypted.
