Cancel or Change Your Order Within 12 Hours

You can request to cancel or make changes to your order (such as size, color, shipping address, or product type) within 12 hours after placing it. After this time, your order will enter the production phase and cannot be modified or canceled.

Eligible Actions Within 12 Hours:

• Cancel your entire order
• Update product size or color
• Change shipping address
• Switch to another product of equal or lesser value

To request a change or cancellation, please email us at support@cintain.com with your:

• Order number
• Full name
• Specific request (e.g., “Cancel Order”, “Change Size to M”, etc.)

After 12 Hours: Orders Are Final

Our products are made to order. After the 12-hour window, your order goes into production and cannot be canceled or exchanged. We begin processing immediately to ensure fast delivery, and this involves materials, labor, and logistics.

Important:

• We cannot issue refunds or accept changes after the 12-hour period.
• Exchanges for sizing or style preferences are not allowed after production begins.
