Shipping Carriers

Each order is assigned the most efficient carrier based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Custom Orders: May take longer to prepare; you’ll be notified during checkout or via email.
- Orders placed after 5 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time & Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary based on your location, order weight, and chosen shipping method. Full costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
Estimated delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Delays may occur due to customs, carrier disruptions, or peak seasons. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships. You can track your order on our Track Order page or directly via the carrier’s website.
Tracking updates may take 1 – 3 business days to reflect after dispatch.
Incorrect Address
To ensure smooth delivery, please enter your full and correct shipping address at checkout. Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may face delays as we attempt to confirm the details with you.
Cintain cannot be held responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to sender due to address errors. Any return resulting from such issues may lead to additional shipping charges.
Please note: If you request the carrier to reroute or forward your package after dispatch, Cintain is not liable for any resulting loss, damage, or theft.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO)
- U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam)
- Countries under shipping sanctions or restrictions
